Mission Briefing[edit | edit source]

LeftQuote.png It's not just the parents, teachers, and cops - it's something way older pulling the strings. The whole dang town, versus, well... us. We need to show Redacre we ain't afraid (so just...fake it). Wake folks up, get them to join, or if things go bad... replace us. RightQuote.png

Description[edit | edit source]

Disrupt missions require the players to intervene and attempt to break up some of the weird events happening in Redacre.

Potential Mission Objectives[edit | edit source]

Players may be asked to complete any of the follow objectives - the number of objectives that need to be completed is determined in part by the host's level. Some objectives must be completed sequentially due to the nature of the objective; the "Next Objective" describes what objective may follow.

Dance Fever[edit | edit source]

LeftQuote.png Get the thumb drive. Make the world dance. It will bring the Shape! Keep Going! One Voice wants us to... dance. For fun, we thought. But they taught us a rhythm that - we swear to god - activates some primal instinct in the adults to Shake. That. Ass. They can't hurt you while they're dancing, but the song won't last forever, so RUN to get as many as you can! Also - it doesn't work on the shape, it, - uh, brings him right to you. Heh. RightQuote.png

Egg the Lucids[edit | edit source]

Yes, it's childish and dangerous, but on the other hand, it sounds like actual fun? Remember fun?! We're doing it. This one's for us, y'all! RightQuote.png

Next Objective: Random
Objective Item(s): Rotten Eggs, Egg Bucket, Lucids (x3)

Get The Dampers[edit | edit source]

Objective Item(s): Sound Dampers

Install Dampers in Maze[edit | edit source]

— Objective Description
Next Objective: Random
Objective Item(s): Sound Dampers (x4)
Objective Text Messages:

Pick Up Foam Canisters[edit | edit source]

LeftQuote.png Check the Maze Entrances. For a place selling the Quiet Life, CHORUS uses a lot of tech. Hypocrites! But hey, you can stop the most fancy-ass clock in the world with enough chewing gum. Grab some spray foam, and let's go nuts on their Speed Traps! RightQuote.png
— Objective Description
Next Objective: Foam the Speed Traps
Objective Item(s): Foam Grenades (x10)
Objective Text Messages:

Pick Up The Audio Bugs[edit | edit source]

LeftQuote.png Look for the courier's bike. Gwen thinks these creeps might be listening in on us - but hey - they bug us, we bug them right back. We'll sneak into houses and install fake power sockets with cheapo recording devices inside. Our courier got spooked and had to ditch his bike and packages somewhere around here. Grab 'em. Objective Item(s): Recruitment Posters (x6)
Objective Text Messages:

Pick Up TBC Yard Signs[edit | edit source]

LeftQuote.png We left Devin alone in a room with a bunch of old political signs, they say they blacked out, and now the signs contain recruitment messages?! Grab 6 from around the neighborhood so we can get the word out. RightQuote.png

Next Objective: Plant The Yard Signs
Objective Item(s): Yard Signs (x6)

Pick Up Wake Up Posters[edit | edit source]

Set up Exorcism Kit[edit | edit source]

LeftQuote.png Set up Exorcism Kit. Bring 3 Blackout Images to Kit. The Voices didn't always talk like us - their Old Tongue was like... poses and chanting, and time? It's like their DNA, but waaay harder to decode. The Voices want to help us do that -if we find bits of their language - these Blackout Images. Thing is... people who read them tend to, uh, disappear. Something chases you, like your own brain turns on you. Get caught and you... well, black out. So. We need at least three, but the more you can bring, the better! RightQuote.png
