Blackout Image Viewers are an item used to complete objectives in Disrupt missions.

Description

	We call these Blackout Images, because "cursed image" gave us laughing fits. We are so pro. Anyway, they're part of what the Voices call the Old Tongue. It causes you to see things, chasing you. Bring 3 to the Exorcism Kit to break their curse.

The Blackout Image Viewers look like black sleeping masks with a green glow coming from the back. They emits music and whisper-like sounds in close proximity. Each time one is picked up, a Shadow Person will begin chasing after the player for as long as they hold a Blackout Image viewer in their possession. The number of Blackout Image Viewers required is three times the number of players in the mission. 15 masks spawn each time the group gets the Exorcism objective. After depositing the final set of masks, the remaining masks cannot be picked up. Each extra mask still held by players at the end of the mission equals one extra piece of Bonus Evidence.

Blackout Image Viewers are used in the following objectives in Disrupt missions:

The Club uses the Blackout Image viewers with the Exorcism Kit to learn about the Old Tongue from the Voices. According to the Club, these Blackout Image Viewers are "bits of [the Voices'] language" and are picked up so the Kids can learn and decode Old Tongue.
