From Maze Connection: At the top of the yellow ladder, jump across onto the beams across from the platform. Walk along the beam towards Instrument Supply across to the wall. Hug the wall and jump on to the beam below. Walk across the beam. The Name Fragment will be on the wall to your right at the intersection of the two beams ahead.
Using a Grappling Hook: Climb up on to the wooden crates near the entrance to Instrument Supply. Throw your grappling hook up onto the beams ahead spanning across the room. Climb up. The Name Fragment will be on the wall at the intersection of the two beams.
From main level of Nerve Center: Walk towards Dream Therapy, about halfway through the Airway. Enter the alcove on your left. Walk down the bathroom to the last stall on your right. Directions:
With Grappling Hook: Enter the Airway from either the Nerve Center or Dream Therapy. Throw a Grappling Hook up to the ceiling or on the edge of the catwalk. Climb up the rope to get onto the catwalk. Go to the entrance to String Relay B. Facing String Relay B, the name fragment will be on the wall to your left.
Without Grappling Hook: Enter String Relay B. Walk to the Contraband Locker near the entrance to Nerve Center. Climb through the tunnel and jump to the ledge above the entrance to the Airway. The Name Fragment will be on your right on the wall facing away from String Relay B (not the side with the Red Door).
From Cryptogram Library: Walk towards the Red Door. Turn to your right. Walk past the first arch in the ceiling. The name fragment will be on your right up towards the arch in the ceiling. A Grappling Hook may be necessary to reach the fragment.

From The Red Side: Climb up either ladder. Walk along the catwalk away from the Sleeper Lockers side of the room. Head towards the corner away from the New Growth entrance closer to the center of the room. The Name Fragment will be in this corner on the wall facing the Sleeper Lockers.

From Old Growth (Region): Climb down the wooden planks by the campsite and enter Dream Therapy. Turn right and pass through the classroom. Head to the opposite side of the glass wall. Directions:
From The Plexus: Go to the up the ramp in Plexus and turn left. Enter Somniloquy from the long stairwell or enter the door past the Red Door near the overhang.
From New Growth: Face the entrance to The Twist and turn to your left. Enter the crevice. Turn left and climb up the hole to enter Somniloquy.

Scaffolding Underside
Directions:
From The Plexus: Go to the up the ramp in Plexus and turn left. Enter Somniloquy from the long stairwell or enter the door past the Red Door near the overhang. Go to the corner of the room with the scaffolding. Climb up the lowest level of scaffolding by the door. The Name Fragment will be on the underside of the second level of scaffolding.
From New Growth: Face the entrance to The Twist and turn to your left. Enter the crevice. Turn left and climb up the hole to enter Somniloquy. Climb up the lowest level of scaffolding by the door. The Name Fragment will be on the underside of the second level of scaffolding.
This is the Somniloquy connected to Dream Therapy on the right side of Plexus when entering from Nerve Center.

Upper Balcony
Directions:
From The Plexus: Go to the up the ramp in Plexus and turn right. Enter Somniloquy and climb over the ledge onto the metal walkway. Turn right and walk up the stairs to the top level. Turn left at the top and head towards the exposed section of wall without padding. The Name Fragment will be on the wall facing you.
From Dream Therapy: Enter Dream Therapy and walk up both sets of stairs to the top level. Turn left at the top and head towards the exposed section of wall without padding. The Name Fragment will be on the wall facing you.
From String Relay B (With Grappling Hook): Head to the Red Door. With the Grappling Hook, climb up onto the ledge above the door. The Name Fragment will be on the wall to your right.
From String Relay B (Without a Grappling Hook): Head to the other side of String Relay B and climb up onto the Contraband Locker. Crawl through the tunnel to the other side of String Relay B. The Name Fragment will be on the wall to your left.
From The Airway rafters: Walk onto the ledge to enter String Relay B. Turn to your right. Jump onto the ledge above the Red Door. The Name Fragment will be on the wall to your right.

From String Relay B: Head to the Contraband Locker. Climb onto the Contraband Locker and then onto the ledge. Turn to your right and jump onto the strings. Make your way to the wall above the Nerve Center entrance by following the strings. The Name Fragment will be on the wall directly in front of you.
From Nerve Center: On the lowest level of Nerve Center, enter String Relay B. Stop next to the Contraband Locker. Climb onto the Contraband Locker and then onto the ledge. Turn to your right and jump onto the strings. Make your way to the wall above the Nerve Center entrance by following the strings. The Name Fragment will be on the wall directly in front of you.
From Film Archives: Enter Subliminal Media. Make an immediate left-turn and jump down to the lower half of the room. Turn around and enter the crawlspace behind you. Turn to your left (towards the stairs). The Name Fragment will be on the foam wall ahead.
From Film Archives: Enter Subliminal Media from the underside. Make a U-turn around the wooden footer, then climb up onto the ledge above. Turn to your right. The Name Fragment will be on the foam wall ahead.
From The Arches: Enter Subliminal Media. Jump down to the lower half of the room. Walk towards Film Archives. Pass the stairs, then enter the crawlspace on your right. Turn to your left (towards the stairs). The Name Fragment will be on the foam wall ahead.

Projection Screen
Directions:
From Main Room: Enter either side door to the projection room in Subliminal Media. The Name Fragment is behind the projector screen.
From New Growth & Somniloquy (With Scaffolding): Drop down into the projection room in Subliminal Media in the tunnel connecting New Growth and Somniloquy. The Name Fragment is behind the projector screen.
From Host Conditioning: Walk to the back of Host Conditioning near the Red Door. At the Red Door, turn left onto the walkway across the Throat. The Name Fragment is on the wall across from the Red Door.
From String Relay B & Dream Therapy: Enter the Throat and head across the walkway to Host Conditioning. Stop at the end of the walkway. The Name Fragment is on the wall ahead across from the Red Door.

From the New Growth & Somniloquy (With Scaffolding): Walk onto one of the wooden beams. Use a Grappling Hook to climb up onto the wooden beams above, one at a time. Climb up to the top-most beam. The Name Fragment will be on the wall across from this beam.
From Old Growth (Region): Head to the Well across from Old Growth Daycare Center. Drop down onto the top-most beam. The Name Fragment will be on the wall across from this beam.
