Journals

Journal Entries are one of the primary forms through which the story is disseminated through The Blackout Club, and serve to develop and extend details regarding characters, plot, and lore.

Description

Journals come from a combination of anonymous sources and known authors including residents of Hoadly's Leap and transcripts of conversations between characters and smuggled reports the Club has managed to obtain.

Journals are sorted by topic and location on the laptop. They can be accessed between missions while in the Hideout at the laptop located between The Deck and the Wardrobe closet, across from the mission select map. The laptop's screen glows white when there are new journal entries to read.

Journals are awarded randomly but are more likely to be awarded if the player collects a lot of Bonus Evidence.
