Siobhan is a character from The Blackout Club (game).
Description
Not much is known about Siobhan's personality in-game. She is described in Nayeli's baby book entries as headstrong and insistent on getting what she wants, as noted when she was adamant about having a biological connection to their child. Her and Nayeli had never disagreed before, and Nayeli described the sensation as "disruptive."[1] Nayeli also notes that if she asks Siobhan to make her brother - Colm Ryan - leave, Siobhan may "resent her on his behalf," implying that Siobhan is particularly close to her brother.[2]
Siobhan is Colm Ryan's sister and Nayeli's lover.[citation needed]
History
Before the Game
At some point prior to the start of the game, Siobhan and Nayeli moved to Redacre, and both became followers of SPEAK-AS-ONE.[3] Siobhan agreed to have a child with her partner, Nayeli.[4] While Nayeli had been considering adopting a child, the pair end up deciding to use a sperm donation. However, instead of using the CHORUS-provided sample, they swapped it with a sample from Siobhan's brother, Colm Ryan, upon Siobhan's insistence.[1]
Later into Nayeli's pregnancy, the sample swap is exposed and CHORUS issues the couple a reprimand. Nayeli notes that Siobhan may not be able to ask her brother to leave.[2]
During the night of the reported break-in to their home at 922 Hoadly, Siobhan had left the house with Nayeli during an argument. SPEAK-AS-ONE described their relationship after this argument as "UNRECOVERABLE."[3]
Siobhan and Nayeli's child is later said to be missing. It is believed that they were taken by HUNT-THE-STRONG.[5]
In-Game
Siobhan is mentioned throughout Nayeli's Baby Book entries which can be accessed via the 922 Hoadly Journals. The whereabouts of her child is a topic discussed in the latter half of The Blackout Club (game)'s plot. Her current status is unknown.
